The breakfast buffet included a wide variety of options. The hotel staff gave me an upgrade to a better room. It was very thoughtful of them. super tidy. I appreciate there was a huge bed in the room, It worked well for our family traveling with children.
The wifi access was unfortunately spotty at times. The executive room felt a bit small, a bit disappointing. I expected More space.

this was my first time staying at this hotel. the staff were friendly and helpful. i also enjoyed the breakfast buffet , with a wide variety of options and fresh ingredients. my room was clean and well-kept , and i found the bed to be very comfortable.
the location was not ideal for sightseeing , as it required a taxi or public transportation to reach many of the major attractions. i would have preferred being closer to the city center.

i found the fitness room spacious, it included modern equipment. the spa facilities were excellent, they offered various treatments. the hotel provides a great location with easy access to public transport. i found the staff very kind and helpful, especially nilay from guest relations. she was attentive.
the POOR wifi connection in the room was a definite inconvenience. it made working remotely difficult. i hope they improve this soon.

The staff were polite. the room was clean. nilay was very helpful . she was always there when i needed assistance. the location is near a metro station. It's about a 5-minute walk.
the swimming pool required head caps, and they cost 100 lira each, which i found unnecessary. the pool was also cold, so i did not stay long, i felt scammed.

i found the bed very comfortable and the room has a city view. the hotel location is in a neighborhood full of locals, this makes the stay authentic. breakfast offers variety, with changing options daily. the value for money is excellent.
the cleaning service is late, done between 10am and 3pm.
